The Homestead subdivision in Aurora, IL were built in 2001. The construction was done by Town & Country Homes. The project was completed in 2003. The neighborhood is comprised of single-family homes. However, there are a few other types of homes as well. This includes townhouses and condos. The smallest floor plans have just over 1,200 square feet. You can find this subdivision on Eola Road. It will be south of 87th Street. Today, the property is managed by Baum Property Management. You will find this subdivision between Middlebury and Washington Square.


There are five different types of homes in this subdivision. You can find Jefferson and Deerfield homes. Each of these has four bedrooms and partial basements. Broadway homes also have four beds and two bathrooms but optional basements. The last two are Farnsworth homes and Galena homes. Each has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an optional basement.


In this neighborhood, you will find just over four thousand people, according to the 2010 Census. On average, the homeowner is 42 years old. People in this community enjoy being friendly to their pets and family. It is a safe area to live in. People in the community allow their children to go outside and play alone. This is due to the trust in the community. It is a very welcoming community that people enjoy. The community has parks and other areas for children to have fun.


Those who live in the neighborhood have interests surrounding landscape and gardening. People take pride in how the community looks. That is why people are willing to pay HOA fees to ensure that their homes and yard are kept properly. The HOA fee for this community is 240 dollars a month.
